Red Alder (Alnus rubra) is one of our 7 single essences that focuses our attention on a particular issue and quality.
The mother tincture was prepared on Vancouver Island, a few hours from Victoria.
Red Alder uplifts us when we are too serious and gloom. It may be helpful when our drab mood is affected by the absent of light in winter. Laughter and playfulness are experienced with the Red Alder Essence.
