With your feet I walk,

I walk with your limbs,

I carry forth your body,

For me your mind thinks,

Your voice speaks for me.

Beauty is before me,

Juniper excelsa v38, f422

And beauty is behind me,

Above and below me hovers the beautiful,

I am surrounded by it,

I am immersed in it.

In my youth I am aware of it,

And in old age

I shall walk quietly

The beautiful trail.

Embracing Life and Celebrating in the Moment

Gulabo by Jason_09-08-14_015

You may ask, but how can I do that?

I don’t even know where I am going with my life, I feel lonely, I have too many bills to pay, too much to do, my mind is filled with worries, it is cold and I can’t afford going in the sun like everyone else…. what is there to celebrate? I would rather get to the next moment and I do not see what there is to celebrate.

At first glance, you may be right. It may be easy to get discouraged, depressed, and wondering what the point is and even begin shutting down, not going out, or getting involved in activities. Your may feel you have so many things on your plate, you do not know where and how to begin and you certainly do not feel like celebrating at this moment.

Gulabo Gardening in Red

So, how do I get out of this turmoil and learn to juggle this life and yet be happy now, no matter what on the outside?

To know how to stop and fully experience the wonders, peace and joy of this moment is not it seems an easy task and yet I suggest it is fully possible.

For most, when we stop, the mind gets worried and it begins reminding us of all the things going wrong with our life and the many things we must do. Then, we may start feeling guilty since we should be doing something instead of sitting and contemplating.

To know how to stop and protect the sacred and peaceful part of our self is an art and a gift from life that we must get acquainted with.

Start appreciating life in all its simplicity, and begin simply by breathing fully, then filling your eyes up with the beauty surrounding you.

Ktherine on skis1

Giving a rest to the busy mind is necessary to feel peace within and fully experience the universe for what it is.

Thank life everyday for what it has given you and then you can proceed with your activities and duties.

Remember, maybe it is us who complicated things beyond what life is asking of us and what is expected of us.

Creating space everyday for noticing life and all that is, and experiencing peace within, is a gift you give yourself.

Gulabo Hafiz preference09-04-10001

By doing so, everyday, and even just for a moment, you will notice that the space between you and life itself gets smaller. Actually, you will start feeling supported no matter what. Then, you allow life to embrace you, to carry you, and for joy and celebration to surprise you.

One must learn to stop, notice, and go in.

Take these moments to just be in harmony with this moment. Discipline yourself everyday to contact that sacred space within.

You will be amazed at the outcome!

And to support this work of contemplation, to help live the moment fully, to confirm that life is supporting us, to shine forth and celebrate our life, I suggest you use our Vibrational essence: Life Embrace.

Life Embrace for Web

I have seen wonders with this combination. (Read the testimonial in this issue written about the use of that essence.)

Standing in your truth and fully engaging in your life with trust, this is what the essence is about.

Along with that essence, if you feel the winter blues (SAD), or experience life too seriously or even withdrawn, you may also add our Red Alder essence. This essence brings cheerfulness, playfulness, laughter and joy.

Is It Time For A Change

January 19th, 2010 | No Comments | Posted in Featured Tree Essence Therapists

SM_Terri0051Traditionally, with the new year comes new resolutions and for some people new resolutions can trigger an old behaviour pattern of procrastination.

Procrastination is draining and can have some very detrimental effects on you personally, professionally and within any and all relationships. If your significant other is a shaker and a mover, and you procrastinate, this can be the source of a lot of tension.

Procrastination can be experienced in many different ways: in making a decision, in getting into action, in following up, in returning phone calls, doing chores, making changes in your lifestyle, starting an exercise program, saving for retirement and embracing new thoughts. Virtually anything can be procrastinated!  It can be very subtle, or very profound and it can be associated with fear, anxiety, numbing out. It often creates anger in the people closest to us.

Ponderosa Pine is a beautiful essence that supports the inner voice within.

Ponderosa Pine for Web

As defined in the Canadian Forest Tree Essences Guide book,

“Ponderosa Pine supports us in all our creative endeavors. This essence will help us get moving when we doubt ourselves or waver. This essence promotes courage, initiative, daring to venture, pioneering spirit and decisiveness.”

Personally, I am a procrastinator and I have worked with Ponderosa Pine a lot.

Ponderosa Pine (Pinus Ponderosa) hillside

I feel a sense of being up lifted when I do this essence. The weight is relieved from my mind, it is just so much easier to have the mindset that I will do just one thing, then another thing, then one more , and before I know it, I am in action and out of the rut.

Ponderosa Pine (Pinus Ponderosa) needles and cones2

On a deep level, this essence truly supports change and unfoldment,  it helps one to connect to their inner truth, and the small inner voice that cheers us on and says YES I CAN !!!

The resonance of this essence is to me like a very gentle hand on my back, supporting me and guiding me in the right direction… when I have not used this essence for awhile, and I re-introduce it into my essence program I literally feel a gentle hand on my back, giving me guidance and confidence.

Ponderosa Pine (Pinus Ponderosa) needles and cones 3

What I also love about this essence, is it just takes a couple of doses for me to experience it full potency, as Daniel explained to me once, when an essence is consumed for approximately 3 months, it works so deeply in cellular memory, that when I go back to the essence, it only takes a little of it to experience its full potency.

Whether it be a New Year’s Resolution, time for a change, or time to deal with a negative behaviour pattern, Ponderosa Pine supports new growth in a positive and empowering way.

Ponderosa Pine (Pinus Ponderosa) profile 1

I suggest using Ponderosa Pine for a minimum of three months, and without a doubt, you will be pleased with your results, a gentle hand of guidance awaits you!!

With many blessings,

A SHARING FROM EIVOR JOHANSSON OF NEW YORK

Eivor image

The Life Embrace Essence has acted as a Life Savoir for me. While using it everything felt possible. I got my original family back. The essence was very specific in helping me to go deep into my heart and see the difference between what belonged to my life and what belonged to my mother’s life.

Life Embrace for Web

Gulabo Yes1 for Tone MagazineThanks Celine you for all that you are. Miracles do happen. I know because they happened to me.

I was born and raised in Sweden 54 years ago. We were three girls and one boy, mom and dad. My parents both worked in a mental institution when we grew up. At the age of 27 I moved to New York. I had always known that New York was my home.

My mother was very strong willed, while my dad was more on the softer, quieter side.

My mom worked full time. She made all our clothes, picked berries and fruits and made marmalade and jam. My dad also worked full time and helped with all house hold chores.

Both our parents came from families where communication wasn’t a part of daily life. And that’s where my story begins.

My mom was sexually violated at a very early age and selected not to tell anybody and specially not us children till we were much older. My dad passed over 23 years ago full of cancer.

Unbeknown and unwillingly my mom transferred her childhood turmoil to us while we were growing up. Results were devastating to all of us leading to major disillusioned lives with alcoholism, anorexia, bulimia, sexual and financial promiscuity and many more self destructive behaviors.

I totally lost contact with all my siblings for more than 17 years. As mom grew older and was unable to visit me in New York I decided to go back to my home town in Sweden.  Two months before arriving I called my younger sister and asked her if we could talk and she agreed. So much came up and we spoke several times before I arrived. I wrote an email to my older sister a week before coming and we agreed to meet when I got there. Calling my brother he told me he was staying at his home in Sicily, Italy for the next two months and couldn’t see me.

I arrived in Vanersborg, Sweden on Thanksgiving 2009. My younger sister and mom greeted me. It was so great to see them both. We cried and hugged each other. Since I wasn’t going to stay more than three nights we made sure we organized our time carefully.

My older sister and I went to see each other at a cafe nearby where she lives. We hugged and cried. After one hour, she suggested we go home to her and continued speaking for the next 3 to 5 hours about past, present and future. We both made a commitment to each other that we no longer be separated from each others lives and made plans for all three of us sisters to see each other the next day for dinner at her house. Mom selected not to be with us.

After dinner we started turning everything upside down from our past and arrived at one single point. Love was Life’s Essence. We always loved each other so deeply but moms’ own past played a major role in how she successfully separated us all from each other and how she played such different roles to all of us. We had no clue who she was or who we were to each other. Our mutual decision was there would be no more separations between us siblings. We pulled out a chair for our invisible brother and I told them that I was going to tell him everything we spoke about.

Acer Saccharum (Sugar Maple) 67v1, F7 - 1

I left after three nights and four days with enormous joy in my heart. I got my Life (essence) back. I never thought that this was possible. I never thought that I would be able to have our original family back and be able to love each other so much. We continued to call and email each other long after I came home. We couldn’t tell each other enough how much we loved and love each other and that it was not our fault that childhood and long into adulthood had become so tragic.

One week before Christmas I went to Cancun, Mexico by myself, on vacation. It was so relaxing and great and on Christmas Eve I called all my siblings. I had gotten a strong feeling to ask my younger sister to contact our brother since they had not spoken in 15 years. He used to beat her when they where younger so I didn’t know if she wanted to. With help from us sisters she had already forgiven him and had no problem doing that. She sent a message and he called her back in 2 seconds. They spoke for about 10 minutes and decided to see each other when he got back to Sweden in mid January.

Thanks for the beautiful Life Embrace Essence! Using it has provided an incredible opportunity to understand how life works and to be able to understand and feel what we must learn. No matter what happens there is only one thing that remains. Love or fear!

Juniper Excelsa v38, f3 - 19

We all chose Love, life’s essence, and we can’t wait to see each other this summer when I go back.

Mom, thank you for all that you are. Dad we love you. You have been and are our greatest teachers. We love you so much and we all trust that through us you also will be able to find your way back home to your hearts and that you are not afraid to show yourselves and us how much you really love us. We know that you do.

Thank you Celine for this opportunity to share my heart and life’s essence with you.

A Doggie Love Story

This is a beautiful sharing from Alicia Rocco about the love between 2 dogs and 2 people. It is also about the healing power of animals, how they can be conscious healers.

A DOGGIE LOVE STORY

Reba 1

Many of you knew Reba Rocky 1 our female dashound who passed into Spirit on October 2, 2009. For many weeks after her death, Rocky  our male dashound would stand at the entrance to the kitchen and bark at the rug on the floor in front of the refrigerator at the approximate hour her heart stopped and she passed into Spirit. This is where she would lay when she was home. No matter what you said or did, he would continue to bark for about an hour. I believe she came to visit him immediately upon her death and continued to do that for many weeks.

Starting in the 9th week after her death, I had a dream and she was barking and wanted to me to get up and pay attention to her. She had something to say. She said, “She and Rocky had come to an agreement.”

In that week, Rocky began having heath problems along with my husband Carl.  I was concerned about both of them. One night as I sat up and held Rocky I started to fall asleep and he said to me, “do not be concerned I will stay until Dad goes.”

Rocky 2

My first thought was Carl was going to pass into Spirit. Little did I know that meant Carl would be going to the hospital and Rocky would stay with me until Carl came home. On December 14, Carl went into the hospital and I went everyday and came home at night to stay with Rocky because he began having seizures. I remember on October 20 coming home early and spending the entire day holding Rocky. When I feel to sleep that night Reba came to me and said, “Do not be upset Mom but Rocky is shutting his organs down. We want to be together again. We have done all we can do for you and Dad and love you very much.”

Alicia and Carl

On Monday, he was very sick and I took him to the Vet. They said that his kidneys were shutting down. Carl was discharged from the hospital that day. On Tuesday, Rocky had a very bad seizure and had brain damage. On Wednesday, he passed into Spirit.

Rocky 3

The most interesting part of this story is Rocky was a birthday present to Carl in 1995. Reba came because she was the only one left in her litter that lived and they gave her to us and said if she lives, you can pay us something. I personally did not want another dog but on December 23, 1996, I brought her home at a little over 1 lb and gave her to Rocky after we took her to the Vet for fluid. We did not know whether she would live or die through the night. I did all I knew to do and put her in bed with Rocky and said, “Here Mommy has brought you a present.” Rocky immediately began at her nose and licked every inch of her body to the tip of her tail. Carl asked me what he was doing and I said it his way of doing hands on healing. On Christmas morning, they were up and playing as though she had never been sick. Until the day she passed Rocky watched over her.

Rocky and Reba 1

On December 23, 1996, I gave Reba to Rocky. On December 23, 2009 I gave Rocky to Reba. They shared a life together and with us, but in the end they are still together.

Using tree essences with Rocky and Reba

I used Skin and Animal Restore  on Rocky when Reba died. She died so quickly I didn’t have time to use anything except Animal Restore for a few days. In the end of Rocky’s life, I used Skin and Animal Whisper. I used Animal Whisper and Soul Clearing while working with Rocky. I felt Animal Whisper was to help me let go and Soul Clearing to help him to let go of me.
